Phase 2 • Sea-Time SSTP

Structured Shipboard TAR Training

8 Months Sea-Time on Fleet Vessels

Onboard sea-time experience as a Trainee Electro-Technical Officer across Anglo-Eastern’s 700+ modern vessel fleet with full training stipend, guided Training & Assessment Record (TAR) books, and live troubleshooting.

Outcome: 8-Month TAR Book Completion Endorsement

DGS Competency Assessment

Eligibility for the DGS ETO Certificate of Competency (CoC) written and oral examinations conducted by Mercantile Marine Department (MMD) to sail as a certified Electro-Technical Officer.
